Project of Excellence 2018-2022
The Department of Statistics, Computer Science, Applications "Giuseppe Parenti" - DiSIA - of the University of Florence is one of the 180 departments of Excellence in Italy selected by the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) for the quality of its research. This is an important acknowledgement, which confirms the excellence of the research produced by DiSIA researchers. Read the news on the UniFI website.
The funding for the five-year period 2018-2022 will allow the implementation of the strategic development project (website) to develop and strengthen DiSIA's role as a reference centre for the processing, analysis and evaluation of big data in the perspective of Data Science.
