Third-party activities
Art. 44 - Contracts and agreements for the performance of services in partnership and on behalf of third parties
- The University may, in exchange for payment, carry out training activities, studies, research, consulting, analyses, checks, calibrations, tests and experiments, or other activities in compliance with its institutional aims, in partnership with and on behalf of Community organisations and public or private bodies.
- The activities listed in paragraph 1 are regulated by contracts or agreements drawn up in compliance with specific internal regulations. The term “third parties” refers to all research, teaching and consulting activities, carried out on the basis of agreements and contracts of a private nature with external clients, which are not related to institutional tasks.
